Rules

1. Check-in at the holiday apartments is possible from 3 PM. Check-out is required by 11 AM in all apartments. Individual arrangements must be made in writing with the host.

2. Check-in is done via a key safe. The code and instructions will be provided on the day of arrival after the online check-in has been completed and returned by the guest.

3. In case of cancellations, delays, no-shows, and/or early departures, the total price is due.

4. If the invoice is not paid by the due date, the host may release the data again and claim compensation in accordance with point 3.

5. The house, the holiday accommodation itself, and its inventory must be treated with care by the guest. If something gets broken or damaged, the host must be informed immediately. Any damages and defects discovered upon arrival must be reported to the host immediately; otherwise, the guest will be held liable for these damages.

6. In case of any performance issues, the guest is obligated to do everything within their legal obligations to help remedy the issue and minimize any damage incurred.

7. The host reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and without refund in case of violations of house rules and good conduct (such as noise, unauthorized visitors, and smoking in the apartment, parties).

8. By booking, you agree that your data can be stored for four weeks for the purpose of infection control and can be passed on to the health authorities.

9. Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of 200 euros.

10. Charging a vehicle with household electricity is prohibited.
